These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of this website (the 'Site'), operated by JMAU PAINTING SERVICES LLC ('JMAU', 'we', 'us'), a residential interior painting company based in New Jersey (NJHIC Reg. #13VH13464800). 1. Purpose of this website
This Site is provided for general information about JMAU's residential interior painting services in New Jersey, including photos of past work, service descriptions, and a way to request a free quote. It is not an online store, and no purchases, payments, or bookings are processed through the Site.
2. Requesting a quote does not create a contract
The quote request tool on this Site prepares a WhatsApp message for your convenience; it does not submit any information to JMAU directly, and sending it does not create a contract, reservation, or guarantee that a project will be accepted. Every project begins only after JMAU reviews the details and both parties agree in writing to the scope of work, products, schedule, and price.
3. Service scope
JMAU provides residential interior painting services only, within its current license and insurance scope. Any estimate shared before an in-person or photo-based review is preliminary and may change once the surfaces, access, and project scope are assessed. Results can vary due to surface condition, existing coatings, moisture, and other site conditions.
4. Accuracy of information
We try to keep this Site accurate and up to date, but content — including photos, descriptions, and pricing references — may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors, especially while the Site is under construction. Nothing on this Site is a guarantee of availability, pricing, or outcome. Please contact us directly to confirm any detail before relying on it.
5. Intellectual property
The text, photos, logo, and business name on this Site belong to JMAU PAINTING SERVICES LLC, unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission.

This Site links to third-party services we do not control or operate, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and the State of New Jersey's license verification tool. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third-party services; your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
